We offer two senior faculty fellowships and two junior faculty fellowships every year to faculty on our campus working on interdisciplinary projects or projects with a strong theoretical component. Each senior faculty fellowship  provides $8,000 in unrestricted research funds, and carries the title of Unit for Criticism Senior Faculty Fellow for a two-year term. Each junior faculty fellowship  provides $8,000 in unrestricted research funds and an additional $3,000 to conduct a manuscript workshop, and carries the title of Unit for Criticism Junior Faculty Fellow for a two-year term. These fellowships are restricted to full-time, tenure-track faculty members at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
